What will my order cost?
Get a quick and clear sense of our prices by visiting our order page. We offer you two coding packages. You set a fixed price for your home page when you make your selection. For each additional page (subpage) you get up to 70% discount. In the upper right-hand of the order form you have a complete overview of your current order - including a list of additional options. The price of your complete selection package is updated on the fly in this field with each selection you add.
The prices given are net prices excl. 19% VAT! VAT is also shown upper right in the order form as part of the total bill.
All my sites are similar. Can I give a special discount for it?
Do you have a project, where all sites are very similar to each other and thus our programming time gets shorter? If that is the case, contact us. We will try to find an appropriately low price.
When will my order be processed?
The processing time varies depending on order volume (number of pages, complexity of design etc.). Our programmers are given an estimate of the processing time before they start programming. In case of time-sensitive projects, please contact our project-team in advance.
Are retrospective changes possible?
Our aim is to provide you with 100% service satisfaction. If you ever wish to make changes to your design, even though our programmers have already started the implementation or your order is complete, just contact us. We feel that for every problem, there is a happy solution that satisfies everyone.

When can I contact Codingpeople?
Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm (CET).
Do you work on holidays and weekends?
In urgent cases, we will arrange to have our programmers work on weekends and holidays. Please contact us for details.
Will my Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) be signed?
We guarantee you 100% confidentiality of your data. We will protect your property rights at all times. Should you also want us to sign your own personal non-disclosure agreement, you can mail it to us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
What payment methods are accepted?
To activate your created job and to authorize an order, you must pay the declared invoice value in advance. Currently, we offer you the following payment methods:
- Credit card
- Direct Debit
- Invoice, after approval
Which file types of my designs do you accept?
The standard file types we accept for a normal order are: PSD, InDD, AI, Sketch and PNG. If you want to upload your designs in a different format, please get in touch with us beforehand. We can then look into the possibilities of working from other file formats (PDF, etc.)! Unfortunately we cannot offer these file formats as standards because the costs of slicing may vary from filetype to filetype.
What browsers are supported?
Our products are supported by the following browsers in their currently version:

Additional browsersupport is available in our configurator and can be booked as an option.
Can graphic text effects be rendered in HTML?
Visual effects (e.g. shadows, color gradients, etc.) can be implemented within the system- and browser-specific possibilities. If you are interested in implementing some special visual effects, please add a note to this effect with your order stating on which page and where you would like to have the effects.
